Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order placement. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, sales, or special promotions.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Economy Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to the United States.

 

International Shipping

We ship to over 25 countries worldwide. If you don't see your country at checkout, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping rates - International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, package dimensions, and your delivery destination. You'll see the exact cost before you complete your purchase. Please note that our free shipping offer applies to US orders only and is not available on international orders.

Carriers and delivery times - We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and service selected and are shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include time held in customs.

Customs, duties, and taxes - Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost for standard USPS services. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. You may be required to pay them before your package is released for delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering, as we cannot predict these amounts.

If you select DHL Express, prepaid duties may be collected at checkout where available, so no additional charges are due on delivery.

Refused or undeliverable packages - If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs charges, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost. Return shipping costs, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Restricted items and address accuracy - Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. Customers are responsible for ensuring items can be legally imported and for providing a complete, accurate shipping address.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@sinfulseductionlingerie.com with your order number.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sinful Seduction Lingerie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@sinfulseductionlingerie.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
